Residential Supports
|
|
The goal of Residential Support is to help strengthen social interaction skills, community skills, independent living, and self-help skills. |
CTA understands the difficulties parents encounter while raising a child with disabilities. Our programs provide the structure and consistency your child needs to be successful. CTA strongly encourages parental involvement, and parents contribute in the development of support plans and intervention strategies.

Through Supported Employment, CTA staff assist the people we support in finding and maintaining a job based on preferences and skills.
Extended Residential is designed to support people in residential programs who do not work. These supports often include volunteering, which provides meaningful social interactions in the community.
Behavior Support plans provide CTA staff with the tools they need to be successful in supporting our clients. CTA has an excellent behavior support team with many years of experience providing behavioral support and interventions. Tools we focus on are positive reinforcement and teaching replacement behaviors.

By teaching Behavior Support tools to our direct support staff, CTA has excellent success in reducing the occurrence of inappropriate behaviors. |
